Jarhett and his coworker were extremely professional and courteous. They arrived very promptly, early actually. They pumped our septic tank out very thoroughly-the best it has ever been done! They educated me and my fiance' on the proper usage and maintenance of our septic system. They were very careful with our yard and any potential underground items. Of all the establishments I called for service this was the only one that actually answered the phone, no answering service just a real human being that can give availability and pricing. We called JP’s Septic when no one else could come in a timely manner to pump our septic system and from the jump we’re so glad we did! They were at our home quickly, they were professional and very hardworking! They did a fantastic job with the pump. Unfortunately that didn’t resolve our issue, but Jared didn’t stop there. He continued working to find a solution and after he exhausted all his options, he personally called another vendor and arranged for them to come out for us.
